Leanne, fondly known as Lea, brings a wealth of expertise with 27 years of experience in Macclesfield. Her hairdressing journey began 31 years ago, fuelled by a deep passion for creative cutting and colouring. Educated mainly through Wella and Toni & Guy courses, and recently through Alfa Parf, Lea has perfected nearly every hairstyling and colouring technique. Her exceptional attention to detail and technical excellence ensure that every client not only looks fantastic but feels incredible too. Lea’s dedication to her craft has earned her a loyal clientele who appreciate her precision and creativity.

Sophie

Owner

Sophie is a versatile stylist with over 31 years of experience, educated through prestigious programs at Wella, Toni & Guy, and Alfa Parf. As a Shave Doctor, she excels in both women’s and men’s hair, with a particular love for shorter styles. Sophie’s passion lies in tailoring each cut and colour to the individual, utilising a wide range of techniques to achieve the perfect look. She enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge with clients, giving them the confidence to embrace new styles. At Roe 11, Sophie’s personalised approach ensures that every client leaves feeling uniquely styled and thoroughly satisfied.

Jess

Hairdresser

With 14 years of hands-on experience, Jess is a master when it comes to balayage and bleach techniques. Qualified in levels 1, 2, and 3, she has honed her skills at the renowned Alfa Parf training center. Jess’s true artistry shines through in her creative approach to colour, bringing a vibrant and personalised touch to every client’s hair. Her love for the social side of hairdressing is evident in the genuine bonds she forms with her clients, making each visit a delightful experience.
